The wellbeing of all stakeholders is of paramount importance to Smart Transport Conference and the show’s parent company Bauer Media.
The Coronavirus situation is constantly evolving, so the team behind the conference is closely monitoring the situation and all official Government advice will be followed.
Mindful of Smart Transport Conference’s duty of care, the event’s organisers are consulting with experts about appropriate sanitary and health measures and can assure that all appropriate precautionary steps will be taken to match guidance at the time of the live event.
Bauer’s B2B events team has already successfully held Company Car in Action and Rail Live in June this year, both of which were in-person shows on location and included involvement from both local authorities to ensure necessary steps were in place.
All seminar sessions will have enhanced cleaning of all public areas, socially distanced seating (if still required), there will be ample sanitiser stations and every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of all those in attendance.

This is being reviewed on a weekly basis. We are working closely with the Association of Event Organisers alongside other event organisers for industry best practice and everything is in consultation with Government.
It was a great event. Well curated. There was a really good balance of senior industry and UK Government speakers, with pragmatic presentations to learn from.
A much-needed opportunity for transport professionals to reflect on a very unique and industrious year, while allowing us to regroup and continue planning for a greener, more just mobility future."
The event was a great way to engage with private and public sectors and discuss key topics within the logistics industry. I highly recommend checking out the on-demand content and future Smart Transport conferences.
