Alex Merriman is a Senior Policy Adviser in the Systems & Strategy Division of the Future of Transport, Systems & Environment Directorate in the Department for Transport. He works on Commute Zero as well as a number of Transport Decarbonisation plan commitments. Alex has previously worked in a number of environmental policy and legislation roles.
